It’s Time To Feel Better Qigong !
Qigong, similar in appearance and known as the Grandmother of T’ai Chi, is an ancient form of exercise originating from Traditional Chinese Medicine more than 4,000 years ago. Combining breath, stretching, energy activation and flowing movements, Qigong teaches us how to cultivate positive energy flow within our body, mind, heart and spirit. The hour-long class is easy and fun to do! Benefits include increased circulation, strength and balance, positive mindset and connection to nature and the Universe. Practice in-person or on Zoom starting Saturday mornings May 14th through Saturday September 24, 2021.
